Cemetery Rules & Regulations

1. Jefferson Township Trustees regulate all decorations in order to maintain the uniform beauty of the cemeteries and to insure their efficient maintenance. Jefferson Township Trustees reserve the right, without notice, to remove and dispose of any decorations which violates the rules or otherwise interfere with the appearance or operations of the cemeteries.
2. All decorations are placed at owner’s risk. Jefferson Township Trustees are not responsible for any damage from any cause.
3. All Decorations must be placed in Vases. No decorations may be placed in or on the ground during mowing season with the exception of three days before and seven days after Memorial Day.
4. Solar lights placed in the ground are prohibited.
5. Sheppard Hooks are prohibited.
6. Glass containers are prohibited.
7. Planting flowers, shrubs and trees are prohibited.
8. Jefferson Township Trustees reserve the right, without notice, to modify or change the cemetery rules and regulations.

ANNUAL CLEANUP:
ANY AND ALL DECORATIONS NOT PLACED IN VASES WILL BE REMOVED EACH SPRING BETWEEN MARCH 15 and MARCH 31
