Cemetery Rules & Regulations

1. Jefferson Township Trustees regulate all decorations in order to maintain the uniform beauty of the cemeteries and to insure their efficient maintenance. Jefferson Township Trustees reserve the right, without notice, to remove and dispose of any decorations which violates the rules or otherwise interfere with the appearance or operations of the cemeteries.
2.  All decorations are placed at owner’s risk. Jefferson Township Trustees are not responsible for any damage from any cause.
3.  No decorations may be placed in or on the ground during mowing season with the exception of three days and seven days after Memorial Day.
4.  Glass containers are prohibited.
5.  Planting of flowers shrubs and trees are prohibited.
6.  Cemetery hours: Dawn to Dusk
7.  Jefferson Township Trustees reserve the right, without notice, to modify or change the cemetery rules and regulations.
